Report an error
Use the request form and choose “A correction or right of reply”. Say which page and claim, what is wrong, and where the evidence is.
What happens next
- We read every request.
- If a claim, number or source is wrong, we correct it and add a dated entry to the page’s living log saying what changed.
- Earlier log entries stay as written. We do not rewrite history.
- If a conclusion changes, the page’s version number changes too.
Right of reply
Authors, trialists and sponsors whose work is named in a synthesis have a right of reply. We link each reply from the claim it concerns. We may decline a reply that is abusive or off topic, and we say so on the page.
Shared authorship or funding is shown as a dependency between studies, never as an accusation.
