Studies have boundaries
A result in cells or animals does not establish a benefit or safety in people. Findings in healthy volunteers, patients and pooled analyses answer different questions. Dose, setting, timing, methods and comparison groups matter.
A citation makes a claim traceable; it does not prove the claim is correct. Evidence tiers and relationships are editorial assessments. AI-assisted analysis is not independent expert review. Read the source, uncertainty and review status before using a finding.
